DANG Chi Lieu

Introduction

Partner DANG Chi Lieu is the co-founder of DNA Vietnam, a law firm specialising in M&A, corporate services and TMT. He was previously a partner at a global law firm, leading the M&A, corporate and project development practices. Before beginning his career as an attorney, he served as in-house counsel for a major Vietnamese conglomerate.

He has represented both foreign and local investors, as well as foreign-invested companies across a range of industries, including energy, telecoms, oil and gas, mining, construction, insurance, and food and beverage. He is recognised among Vietnam’s top lawyers in M&A, insurance, projects and energy by Chambers and Partners, the Legal 500, and IFLR1000.

He has an LLB from Hanoi University of Law, an LLM from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and he is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association.
