Rashel Ann C. POMOY

Introduction

Rashel Ann C Pomoy is the deputy head of the labour and employment department and a partner in the litigation department at Villaraza & Angangco.

She advises domestic and international clients on employment structuring, workplace investigations, global mobility, and large-scale workforce reductions. She also assists in drafting employment policies, severance agreements, and non-compete clauses.

Pomoy leads complex litigation and arbitration, including the defence of a major Philippine bank in an international cyber heist and a multi-billion-peso estate dispute. Her advocacy spans employment, commercial, white-collar and insurance litigation, securing landmark dismissals and multimillion-peso awards for both claimants and insurers.

She represents leading companies across the technology, manufacturing, financial services, banking, media, BPO, and food and beverage sectors.
