Introduction
A barrister of England and Wales, Asif Bin Anwar currently practices as an advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh (Appellate Division). During 16 years of legal practice in Bangladesh, he has garnered profound proficiency in the fields of litigation and other forms of dispute resolution, including local and international commercial arbitration.
He specialises in constitutional and administrative laws, as well as laws involving corporate and commercial, banking and finance, real estate construction and land, IP and employment matters. He also deal with financial crimes including matters involving anti-corruption and money laundering, among others.
