Ankur Loona, formerly a co-managing partner at Alliance Law, and his team of 10 lawyers have joined Dentons Link Legal in the capital markets practice in Mumbai.
Loona will join Dentons Link Legal as a partner and was previously associated with Dhaval Vussonji Associates.
With more than 15 years of experience in capital markets, securities laws, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate law, Loona has successfully led a diverse range of transactions, including public offerings, rights issues, strategic M&A deals, and regulatory compliance strategies. In recent years, he played a key role in several main board initial public offerings.
