  • Fangda represented EPI group (the “Seller”) in the sales of Bonpoint, a French luxury children’s cloth brand, to Youngor Fashion Co., Ltd. Fangda acted as the Seller’s PRC counsel. The transaction was closed on January 9, 2025. The transaction value and financial terms are not publicly disclosed.

    Fangda has provided comprehensive PRC law related services to the Seller in this transaction and assisted in the closing of the transaction.
