Gayathri Ramachandran has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a partner in its capital markets practice and she will be based in the Bengaluru office.
Ramachandran has more than 10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, both transactional and in-house, with her core expertise in capital markets. She has worked on several high-profile capital market transactions and has advised private equity clients on exits through IPOs.
She has worked previously with Premji Invest, Yashoda Hospitals and LivSpace in different capacities. She started her career as a senior associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and worked as a senior consultant a few years later.
