Introduction
Roberto L Tan is a senior partner at DivinaLaw and the head of the firm’s tax practice group.
Immersed in corporate and transaction planning, estate taxation, M&As, tax compliance, tax litigation, among others, he is a former principal of the Philippine member firm of KPMG International, and a former director of the Philippine member practice of Ernst and Young International.
He obtained his master of laws degree from the Boston University School of Law and his bachelor of laws degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. He received his degree in bachelor of arts in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines – Diliman.
