Introduction

John Philip Siao is a seasoned lawyer with 20 years of experience and co-managing partner of Tiongco Siao Bello & Associates Law Offices (TSBLAW).

Siao has led the firm’s teams in various key projects and specialises in corporate & commercial law, M&A, e-commerce, fintech, TMT, banking & finance, dispute resolution & arbitration, and labour law.

He is also one of only 76 arbitrators of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC) resolving disputes as part of the arbitral tribunal.
