Rowell ILAGAN

Introduction

Rowell Ilagan is a pioneering litigator who has swiftly advanced in his legal career since starting in 2011. A cum laude graduate of De La Salle University, Manila, and salutatorian at San Beda University College of Law, he is currently the managing partner at Gargantiel Ilagan and Atanante Law Office. In addition to his firm role, he contributes to the legal community as a law professor and pre-bar review lecturer, generously giving back to his alma mater.

Notably, Ilagan has been recognised as the youngest lawyer in the top 100 list for several consecutive years, a testament to his exceptional skills and achievements. His extensive involvement in senate and congressional hearings, high-profile investigations, and media interviews highlights his capability in managing complex and significant cases with remarkable success. Beyond his legal practice, Ilagan holds influential leadership and fiduciary roles in several Philippine companies, where his legal insight and innovative approach are highly esteemed. He is also the public relations officer of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Quezon City Chapter and is serving his second term as deputy director of the Commission on Bar Discipline.
