  • Assisted HSBC in its USD150 million financing to Trina Solar (Vietnam) Wafer
  • Advised a Vietnamese SOE power corporation in relation to its US$200M loan facility with guarantee from SACE, the Italian State’s export support agency
  • Advised GLP–Vietnam Development Partners in relation to the financing of its four Vietnamese subsidiaries with the total combined facility of US$102.8M granted by UOB
  • Advised Citigroup in the sale of its Vietnam retail banking business to UOBV, which is part of Citigroup’s USD5 billion strategic transaction with UOB covering Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand
  • Advised Shinhan Card in the acquisition of the full equity capital in Prudential Vietnam Finance Company, a top consumer finance company in Vietnam from Prudential Group and a major US bank in its divestment of retail business in Vietnam
  • Advised the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) in relation to its refinancing of the Dakdrink hydropower plant, the first clean energy project for AIIB in Vietnam
  • Advised Hong Phong 1 Energy in relation to the loan from ING Bank and the bond issue guaranteed by CGIF, the first project bond for a renewable energy project guaranteed by CGIF in Vietnam
