Paras Joshi is now an associate partner at Triumvir Law and is expected to strengthen the firm’s international disputes practice.
Prior to joining Triumvir, Joshi worked with various law firms, including Kochhar & Co and the chambers of senior advocate Harshvir Pratap Sharma, where he developed a cross-border dispute resolution practice apart from working on domestic litigation.
Joshi provided counsel and representation for clients involved in both national and international commercial disputes, along with cases related to white-collar crime.
Furthermore, he has also offered extensive guidance to foreign governments and investors on the enforcement of foreign awards within India. Additionally, Joshi has served as legal representation for prominent corporations engaged in commercial disputes against the government.
