Our services

Established in 2015, LT Lawyers is an independent firm focusing on contentious works with expertise in cross-border commercial dispute resolution, particularly those with a PRC dimension. We also have substantial experience in inter alia investigation of listco-related financial reporting misfeasance, regulatory compliance issues and white-collar crime.

In Hong Kong, we team with Munros (associated firm, from May 2022) and CFN Lawyers (co-founder of the pioneering Amalgam Group Practice, being a membership amalgamation consisting of different law firms that conduct businesses together under a common name in mutual co-operation without being in partnership), which are specialists in insurance law and corporate practices respectively. Across the border, we have an established bilateral collaboration with the Beijing headquarters of Zhong Yin Law Firm (a large, full-service PRC firm).

Our capability, coupled with our synergies with the aforesaid firms, has uniquely positioned us to provide a broad spectrum of cross-disciplinary legal services to our clients in a one-stop shop with a refined cost-performance ratio, while maintaining administrative acumen and usually conflict-free agility.
