On May 27, 2021, EASTROC Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. held a ceremony for its A-share listing on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange with the stock code of 605499, becoming the first energy drinks stock in China. For the IPO, it issued 40.01 million shares, accounting for 10.00% of its total share capital, raising RMB 1,851 million.
