Hide Mihara is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, practicing in the areas of corporate law, capital markets transactions, banking, M&A and reconstruction of group companies. He also works on corporate restructuring and insolvency. He acts as various committee members of government, including a committee member of law reform of the Company Act in April 2010-September 2012.
