style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mayer Brown\u7684\u4e3b\u5e2d\u00a0Jon Van Gorp\u5728\u58f0\u660e\u4e2d\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6218\u7565\u8ba1\u5212\u662f\u5728\u5305\u62ec\u9999\u6e2f\u5728\u5185\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u4e3b\u8981\u5168\u7403\u91d1\u878d\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4f18\u5148\u53d1\u5c55\u4e0e\u5ba2\u6237\u6700\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u4ea7\u4e1a\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u5b89\u6392\u6709\u52a9
