#897044;\"><strong>\u5546\u4e8b\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4e3b\u4f53<\/strong><\/span>\u5377\u5165\u7ea0\u7eb7\u65f6\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u91c7\u53d6\u7279\u5b9a\u624b\u6bb5\u8fc5\u901f\u8f6c\u79fb\u3001\u9690\u533f\u6d89\u6848\u8d22\u7269\u6216\u6bc1\u635f\u6d89\u6848\u8bc1\u636e\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u51cf\u5c11\u7ea0\u7eb7\u4e2d\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u635f\u5931\u3002\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e2d\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u7684\u7ec4\u6210\u65f6\u95f4\u8f83\u957f\uff0c\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u627f\u62c5\u7ec4\u5ead\u524d\u8d22\u4ea7\u8f6c\u79fb\u3001\u6bc1\u706d\u8bc1\u636e\u7b49\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u5e94\u5bf9\u201d\u7d27\u6025\u5230\u65e0\u6cd5\u7b49\u5f85\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u7ec4\u6210\u800c\u4e9f\u9700\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u4e34\u65f6\u6216\u4fdd\u5168\u63aa\u65bd\u201c\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u7d27\u6025\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u5236\u5ea6\u5e94\u8fd0\u800c\u751f\uff0c\u4e3a\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u5728\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u7ec4\u6210\u524d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u79cd\u4e34\u65f6\u6551\u6d4e\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u56fd\u9645\u5546\u4f1a\uff08ICC\uff09\u4ef2\u88c1\u9662\u4e8e2012\u5e74\u5f15\u5165\u7d27\u6025\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u5e76\u975e\u662fICC\u9996\u6b21\u5728\u4ef2\u88c1\u524d\u5f00\u5c55\u4e34\u65f6\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u5c1d\u8bd5\u3002\u65e9\u57281990\u5e74ICC\u5373\u521b\u8bbe\u4e86\u201c\u4ef2\u88c1\u524d\u516c\u65ad\u7a0b\u5e8f\u201d\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u89e3\u51b3\u7ec4\u5ead\u524d\u4e34\u65f6\u63aa\u65bd\u95ee\u9898\u6700\u65e9\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u5c1d\u8bd5\u3002\u4ef2\u88c1\u524d\u516c\u65ad\u7a0b\u5e8f\u662fICC\u201c\u7d27\u6025\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u201d\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u96cf\u5f62\uff0c\u4f46\u4e24\u8005\u5728\u9002\u7528\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0a\u5b58\u5728\u6839\u672c\u6027\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4ef2\u88c1\u524d\u516c\u65ad\u7a0b\u5e8f\u91c7\u53d6\u201c\u660e\u793a\u5408\u610f\u63a5\u53d7\u201d \uff0c\u800c\u7d27\u6025\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u89c4\u5b9a\u91c7\u53d6\u201c\u660e\u793a\u5408\u610f\u6392\u9664\u201d\u9002\u7528\u3002\u9002\u7528\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u662f\u524d\u8005\u6ca1\u6709\u5f97\u5230\u5e7f\u6cdb\u91c7\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u540e\u8005\u83b7\u5f97\u5de8\u5927\u6210\u529f\u7684\u6839\u672c\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u4e00\u63d0\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u300a\u56fd\u9645\u5546\u4f1a\u4ef2\u88c1\u524d\u516c\u65ad\u7a0b\u5e8f\u89c4\u5219\u300b\u76ee\u524d\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u73b0\u884c\u6709\u6548\u76842021\u7248ICC\u300a\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u300b\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u201cICC\u89c4\u5219\u201d\uff09\uff0c\u5728\u7b2c29\u6761\u548c\u9644\u5f55\u4e94\u201c\u7d27\u6025\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u89c4\u5219\u201d\u4e2d\u5bf9\u7d27\u6025\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #897044;\"><strong>\u4e3a\u4f55\u9009\u62e9\u7d27\u6025\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\uff1f<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<figure id=\"attachment_467109\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5b9e\u8df5\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u7d27\u6025\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u88c1\u4ee4\u7684\u53ef\u6267\u884c\u6027\u5e76\u975e\u4ec5\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u627f\u8ba4\u548c\u6267\u884c\u3002\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u88c1\u4ee4\u5bf9\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u7684\u7ea6\u675f\u529b\uff1b\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u65b9\u4e5f\u5c06\u627f\u62c5\u7740\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u9488\u5bf9\u5176\u8fdd\u53cd\u884c\u4e3a\u4f5c\u4e0d\u5229\u63a8\u65ad\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u622a\u81f32018\u5e744\u6708\uff0c\u5728ICC\u4f5c\u51fa\u768423\u4e2a\u5141\u8bb8\u7d27\u6025\u63aa\u65bd\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u88c1\u4ee4\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4e09\u4e2a\u88c1\u4ee4\u5b58\u5728\u672a\u88ab\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u81ea\u613f\u9075\u5b88\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u7d27\u6025\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u673a\u5236\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u548c\u89e3\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u53d1\u6325\u4e86\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u7d27\u6025\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u5bf9\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u4ef2\u88c1\u8bf7\u6c42\u662f\u5426\u6709\u5408\u7406\u80dc\u8bc9\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u7b49\u5b9e\u4f53\u5185\u5bb9\u5ba1\u67e5\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u5728\u65e9\u671f\u5efa\u7acb\u8d77\u5bf9\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u7684\u9884\u671f\u548c\u5bf9\u81ea\u8eab\u7acb\u573a\u7684\u8c03\u6574\u3002\u622a\u81f32018\u5e744\u6708\uff0c\u5728ICC\u53d7\u7406\u768480\u4efd\u7d27\u6025\u63aa\u65bd\u7533\u8bf7\u4e2d\uff0c\u670925\u4e2a\u6848\u4ef6\u5728\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u6700\u7ec8\u88c1\u51b3\u4f5c\u51fa\u524d\u8fbe\u6210\u548c\u89e3\uff0c\u548c\u89e3\u7387\u8fbe\u5230\u4e8631%\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 justify;\"><strong>\u7533\u8bf7\u6ca1\u6709\u56fa\u5b9a\u683c\u5f0f\u548c\u6a21\u677f\uff0c\u5e94\u4ee5\u4ef2\u88c1\u534f\u8bae\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u8bed\u8a00\u4f5c\u51fa\uff1b\u82e5\u672a\u89c4\u5b9a\u4ef2\u88c1\u8bed\u8a00\uff0c\u5219\u4ee5\u4ef2\u88c1\u534f\u8bae\u672c\u8eab\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u505a\u51fa\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5305\u542b\u5982\u4e0b\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li
