justify;\">\u6587\u4f53\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e2d\u7684\u201c\u81ea\u7518\u98ce\u9669\u201d\u662f\u300a\u6c11\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\u786e\u7acb\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5219\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u6240\u8c13\u201c\u81ea\u7518\u98ce\u9669\u201d\uff0c\u662f\u6307\u201c\u88ab\u5bb3\u4eba\u539f\u53ef\u4ee5\u9884\u89c1\u635f\u5931\u4e4b\u53d1\u751f\u800c\u53c8\u81ea\u613f\u5192\u635f\u5931\u53d1\u751f\u4e4b\u5371\u9669\uff0c\u800c\u635f\u5bb3\u7ed3\u679c\u771f\u4e0d\u5e78\u53d1\u751f\u201d\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u3002\u5176\u5185\u5bb9\u89c4\u5b9a\u5728\u300a\u6c11\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\u7b2c\u4e00\u5343\u4e00\u767e\u4e03\u5341\u516d\u6761\uff1a\u201c\u81ea\u613f\u53c2\u52a0\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u6587\u4f53\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u56e0\u5176\u4ed6\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u53d7\u5230\u635f\u5bb3\u7684\uff0c\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u4e0d\u5f97\u8bf7\u6c42\u5176\u4ed6\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u627f\u62c5\u4fb5\u6743\u8d23\u4efb\uff1b\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u5bf9\u635f\u5bb3\u7684\u53d1\u751f\u6709\u6545\u610f\u6216\u8005\u91cd\u5927\u8fc7\u5931\u7684\u9664\u5916\u3002\u6d3b\u52a8\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8005\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u9002\u7528\u672c\u6cd5\u7b2c\u4e00\u5343\u4e00\u767e\u4e5d\u5341\u516b\u6761\u81f3\u7b2c\u4e00\u5343\u4e8c\u767e\u96f6\u4e00\u6761\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<figure justify;\">\u81ea\u7518\u98ce\u9669\u4f5c\u4e3a\u81ea\u613f\u539f\u5219\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u4f53\u73b0\uff0c\u5e76\u975e\u5728\u300a\u6c11\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\u4e2d\u9996\u6b21\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u65e9\u5728\u300a\u4fb5\u6743\u8d23\u4efb\u6cd5\u300b\u5236\u5b9a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u66fe\u6709\u5b66\u8005\u63d0\u51fa\u5355\u72ec\u5c06\u81ea\u7518\u98ce\u9669\u4f5c\u4e3a\u51cf\u8f7b\u6216\u8005\u514d\u9664\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u8fdb\u884c\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u6700\u7ec8\u672a\u88ab\u91c7\u7eb3\u3002\u8be5\u6cd5\u7b2c\u4e03\u5341\u516d\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\uff1a\u201c\u672a\u7ecf\u8bb8\u53ef\u8fdb\u5165\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5371\u9669\u6d3b\u52a8\u533a\u57df\u6216\u8005\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5371\u9669\u7269\u5b58\u653e\u533a\u57df\u53d7\u5230\u635f\u5bb3\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u5df2\u7ecf\u91c7\u53d6\u5b89\u5168\u63aa\u65bd\u5e76\u5c3d\u5230\u8b66\u793a\u4e49\u52a1\u7684\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u51cf\u8f7b\u6216\u8005\u4e0d\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u201d\uff0c\u524d\u8ff0\u89c4\u5b9a\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4fb5\u6743\u8d23\u4efb\u6cd5\u7684\u7279\u522b\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u56e0\u5176\u4ec5\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e3a\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5371\u9669\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e2d\u7684\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u5728\u9002\u7528\u65f6\u96be\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u6269\u5f20\u3002\u5373\u4fbf\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u8fc7\u5f80\u5ba1\u5224\u5b9e\u52a1\u4e2d\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u8f83\u591a\u9664\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5371\u9669\u6d3b\u52a8\u5916\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5173\u4e8e\u81ea\u7518\u98ce\u9669\u539f\u5219\u7684\u9002\u7528\u7684\u6848\u4f8b\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u6574\u7406\u76f8\u5173\u6848\u4f8b\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u81ea\u7518\u98ce\u9669\u5728\u6587\u5316\u3001\u4f53\u80b2\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u5747\u6709\u8fd0\u7528\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u6848\u4f8b\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>\u6587\u4f53\u6d3b\u52a8<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6cb3\u5357\u7701\u9ad8\u7ea7\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u51af\u7965\u4e0e\u5357\u9633\u533b\u5b66\u9ad8\u7b49\u4e13\u79d1\u5b66\u6821\u751f\u547d\u6743\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u6743\u3001\u8eab\u4f53\u6743\u7ea0\u7eb7\u3010(2018)\u8c6b\u6c11\u75331729\u53f7\u3011\u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u4f53\u80b2\u953b\u70bc\u548c\u6bd4\u8d5b\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u5371\u9669\u6027\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u8db3\u7403\u3001\u7bee\u7403\u7b49\u5177\u6709\u5bf9\u6297\u6027\u7684\u5267\u70c8\u4f53\u80b2\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u5bf9\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u9020\u6210\u635f\u4f24\uff0c\u4f46\u8fdb\u884c\u4f53\u80b2\u953b\u70bc\u662f\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u91cd\u8981\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u953b\u70bc\u5b66\u751f\u8eab\u4f53\u4f53\u80fd\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5b66\u751f\u5168\u9762\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5b66\u6821\u4e0d\u80fd\u56e0\u4e3a\u4f53\u80b2\u6d3b\u52a8\u5b58\u5728\u98ce\u9669\u5c31\u4e0d\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5f00\u5c55\u4f53\u80b2\u6559\u5b66\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u524d\u8ff0\u7406\u7531\u4e5f\u662f\u7acb\u6cd5\u8005\u5c06 \u201c\u81ea\u7518\u98ce\u9669\u201d\u539f\u5219\u9650\u5b9a\u5728\u201c\u6587\u4f53\u6d3b\u52a8\u201d\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7406\u7531\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u53e6\uff0c\u4ece\u300a\u6c11\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\u6cd5\u6761\u672c\u8eab\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u6848\u4f8b\u53ef\u77e5\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u514d\u8d23\u7684\u4e3b\u89c2\u8981\u4ef6\u4e3a\u4e00\u822c\u7684\u8fc7\u9519\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5982\u53d1\u751f\u201c\u6545\u610f\u201d\u6216\u8005\u201c\u91cd\u5927\u8fc7\u5931\u201d\u60c5\u5f62\u7684\uff0c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8005\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u4ecd\u5e94\u5f53\u627f\u62c5\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u4fb5\u6743\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u5e94\u5f53\u9002\u7528\u672c\u6761\u7b2c2\u6b3e\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5373\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8005\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u5206\u4e3a\u76f4\u63a5\u8d23\u4efb\u53ca\u8865\u5145\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u5982\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8005\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u5df2\u5c3d\u5230\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u4e49\u52a1\uff0c\u5219\u4e0d\u627f\u62c5\u8fc7\u9519\u8d54\u507f\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<figure justify;\">\u897f\u5b89\u5e02\u96c1\u5854\u533a\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u5f20\u9676\u3001\u6768\u7490\u5609\u3001\u6768\u4e49\u91d1\u3001\u7530\u4ef2\u7fe0\u4e0e\u8463\u6770\u751f\u547d\u6743\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u6743\u3001\u8eab\u4f53\u6743\u7ea0\u7eb7\u3010(2013)\u96c1\u6c11\u521d\u5b57\u7b2c05175\u53f7\u3011\u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u81ea\u52a9\u5f0f\u6237\u5916\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5176\u4e0d\u540c\u4e8e\u5e38\u89c4\u7684\u65c5\u6e38\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u4e0d\u662f\u5e38\u89c4\u7684\u65c5\u6e38\u7ebf\u8def\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u5e38\u89c4\u7684\u6c14\u8c61\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u63a2\u9669\u6027\u8d28\uff0c\u5176\u672c\u8eab\u6700\u5927\u7684\u7279\u70b9\u5728\u4e8e\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u6027\u3002\u800c\u4e14\uff0c\u8be5\u79cd\u98ce\u9669\u4e3a\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u6240\u660e\u77e5\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u4ecd\u7136\u613f\u610f\u53c2\u52a0\u5e76\u613f\u610f\u627f\u62c5\u7531\u6b64\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u540e\u679c\uff0c\u5373\u81ea\u7518\u5192\u9669\u6027\u3002\u53e6\uff0c\u5224\u65ad\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8005\u3001\u53d1\u8d77\u4eba\u662f\u5426\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4ece\u8be5\u7ec4\u7ec7\u8005\u3001\u53d1\u8d77\u4eba\u662f\u5426\u4ece\u4e2d\u83b7\u5229\u3001\u5bf9\u5176\u4ed6\u53c2\u52a0\u8005\u662f\u5426\u6709\u652f\u914d\u6743\u5229\u3001\u662f\u5426\u6709\u76d1\u62a4\u4e49\u52a1\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u4e88\u4ee5\u8003\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u81ea\u7518\u98ce\u9669\u201d\u9664\u5728\u8d23\u4efb\u5206\u62c5\u65f6\u9002\u7528\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u9879\u6297\u8fa9\u4e8b\u7531\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u51cf\u8f7b\u6216\u8005\u514d\u9664\u52a0\u5bb3\u4eba\u8d54\u507f\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u540e\u679c\u3002\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u9ad8\u7ea7\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u4e2d\u534e\u8054\u5408\u8d22\u4ea7\u4fdd\u9669\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u676d\u5dde\u4e2d\u5fc3\u652f\u516c\u53f8\u4e0e\u5317\u4eac\u548c\u8c10\u5706\u901a\u901f\u9012\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u7b49\u673a\u52a8\u8f66\u4ea4\u901a\u4e8b\u6545\u8d23\u4efb\u7ea0\u7eb7\u518d\u5ba1\u6c11\u4e8b\u5224\u51b3\u4e66\u3010(2019)\u4eac\u6c11\u518d177\u53f7\u3011\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u5728\u660e\u77e5\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u7cfb\u9152\u9a7e\u4ecd\u613f\u610f\u4e58\u5750\u5176\u9a7e\u9a76\u7684\u8f66\u8f86\uff0c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u660e\u77e5\u4e0d\u53ef\u4e3a\u800c\u4e3a\u4e4b\u7684\u81ea\u7518\u5192\u9669\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u81ea\u8eab\u5b58\u5728\u8fc7\u9519\uff0c\u5e94\u5bf9\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u627f\u62c5\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>\u7f51\u7edc\u8d2d\u7269<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u5e7f\u5dde\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u6cd5\u9662\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u7f51\u7edc\u8d2d\u7269\u5408\u540c\u7ea0\u7eb7\u5341\u5927\u5178\u578b\u6848\u4f8b\u4e4b\u516b\u201c\u4e91\u8d4c\u77f3\u201d\u4e00\u6848\u4e2d\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u4e4b\u95f4\u901a\u8fc7\u201c\u8d4c\u77f3\u201d\u7684\u4e70\u5356\u65b9\u5f0f\u4ea4\u6613\u7fe1\u7fe0\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u8fdc\u7a0b\u7f51\u7edc\u76f4\u64ad\u201c\u4e91\u8d4c\u77f3\u201d\uff0c\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u5219\u66f4\u5927\u3002\u6839\u636e\u81ea\u7518\u98ce\u9669\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u81ea\u613f\u4ee5\u98ce\u9669\u8d4c\u5229\u6da6\u7684\uff0c\u5219\u5f53\u98ce\u9669\u51fa\u73b0\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u5c31\u5e94\u5f53\u81ea\u884c\u627f\u62c5\u3002<\/p>\n<p justify;\">\u4ece\u524d\u8ff0\u53f8\u6cd5\u6848\u4f8b\u53ca\u89c2\u70b9\u53ef\u77e5\uff0c\u5b9e\u52a1\u4e2d\u5173\u4e8e\u81ea\u7518\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u8fd0\u7528\u8f83\u4e3a\u5e7f\u6cdb\u3002\u7b14\u8005\u6ce8\u610f\u5230\uff0c\u300a\u6c11\u6cd5\u5178\u300b\u8349\u6848\u4e8c\u6b21\u8bae\u7a3f\u4e2d\u5e76\u672a\u9650\u5b9a\u201c\u6587\u4f53\u6d3b\u52a8\u201d\u8fd9\u4e00\u8303\u56f4\uff0c\u4f46\u4e09\u6b21\u5ba1\u8bae\u7a3f\u6709\u610f\u5c06\u5176\u8303\u56f4\u8fdb\u884c\u4e00\u5b9a\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u7acb\u6cd5\u8005\u6269\u5927\u9002\u7528\u53c8\u8981\u907f\u514d\u8fc7\u5ea6\u6269\u5927\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\u5224\u65ad\u3002\u4f46\u5982\u524d\u6587\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u81ea\u7518\u98ce\u9669\u662f\u81ea\u613f\u539f\u5219\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u4f53\u73b0\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u9884\u89c1\u5176\u4f5c\u4e3a\u201c\u515c\u5e95\u539f\u5219\u201d \u5177\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u89e3\u91ca\u751a\u81f3\u4e8e\u6269\u5927\u9002\u7528\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u751f\u547d\u5728\u4e8e\u5b9e\u65bd\uff0c\u8be5\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u5b9e\u65bd\u8fd8\u6709\u8d56\u4e8e\u5177\u4f53\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u4ef7\u503c\u5224\u65ad\u548c\u5229\u76ca\u8003\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p
