Ketan Mukhija has joined Link Legal India Law Services as a partner in the firm’s corporate commercial practice group in New Delhi. Mukhija joins from P&A Law Offices and brings along his team comprising associate partner Gaurav Priyadarshi, principal associate Amit Bhatnotra, senior associate Apurv Ranjan and associates Karishma Singh and Rupendra Gautam.
Mukhija joined P&A Law Offices as a partner in mid-2018 from SREI Infrastructure Finance, where he was a senior vice president of legal, corporate strategy and planning. He has also worked with Kanoria Foundation and Herbert Smith Freehills in the UK.
Mukhija is experienced in corporate restructuring, investment transactions, private equity, banking and finance, energy and infrastructure, real estate and construction, telecommunications, and capital markets. Priyadarshi has nearly 10 years of experience in banking and corporate transactions, and previously worked as an in-house counsel at ICICI Bank.
