Luxembourg-based law firm Elvinger Hoss & Prussen has opened its first overseas office in Hong Kong to focus on its strengths in Luxembourg law.
–Elvinger Hoss & Prussen partner Katia Panichi and senior associate Emmanuel Gutton are both stationed in Hong Kong and will advise exclusively on Luxembourg law in key practice areas including: investment funds and asset management; corporate law; private equity; capital markets; and tax law.
Panichi said: “We have been steadily growing over the last 50 years, reflecting the development of Luxembourg as a leading international financial centre and a hub for financial and corporate institutions. The opening of our office in Hong Kong is a natural move within these developments.”
