Draft regulations from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) recently circulated provide comprehensive guidance on a wide range of labour issues.
Released for public comment in June, the draft Regulations on the Implementation of the Employment Contract Law, once passed, would likely have a significant impact on employment practices in a number of challenging areas. At present, there is no clear indication on when the regulations may be passed and promulgated.
