Manisha Kumar has joined Flipkart as vice president and legal head of merger and acquisitions. She joins from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where she was a partner, and has more than 20 years of experience.

Kumar specialises in cross-border private-equity investments, M&A (both in the listed and unlisted space, across diverse sectors), investment restructuring, and securities law advisory. She has advised many financial services companies including the Securities and Exchange Board of India registered intermediaries and non-banking financial companies.
Prior to joining CAM, Manisha was a partner with JSA where she led various transaction teams acting for leading private equity players, blue chip Indian and advising multinationals on the legal and regulatory requirements of their business and commercial interests in India.
