Eversheds has appointed a team of four employment lawyers from Salans to its Shanghai office.
The team is led by Iris Duchetsmann, formerly head of the China labour law team in Salans’ Shanghai office. Duchetsmann specialises in labour law, with a focus on cross-border employment and international HR management. She also provides advice on matters such as residency, tax and social security.
She brings with her Cynthia Zheng, Weihuan Xu and Lixia Li, who join Eversheds as associates.
