Introduction

Dorothy Xing is a managing partner of East & Concord Partners, specialising in banking and finance, capital markets and securities, corporate governance and compliance. Xing has been a leader in financial and securities legal services for 28 years. She advised on China’s state-owned enterprise reforms in the first and second round and H-share listing in 1994. She undertook the overseas red-chip listing of the first private companies and IPOs of national commercial banks. Currently, she is also the legal counsel for more than 10 large state-owned enterprises, listed banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions.
