In January, China Business Law Journal will publish its annual Deals of the Year report, documenting and analysing the year’s most significant China-related deals and cases. It is our pleasure to invite you to nominate any deals that you think are significant enough to be included.
Please nominate any deals, disputes/cases and intellectual property matters related to China that closed (or had a major development) between 1 November 2021 and 31 October 2022. You are welcome to nominate as many deals or cases as you wish. All nominations must be submitted by 16 November 2022.
