STAGE II: External nomination (26 February to 11 March)
China Business Law Journal is now conducting extensive research for the annual China Business Law Awards, which will be presented to the best Chinese and international law firms for the China market. As the first stage of law firm submissions is drawing to an end, we are now entering the second stage, which focuses on gathering external nominations that accurately reflect market assessments.
Here we cordially invite in-house counsel, business leaders and legal experts to share with us the law firms of their choice. Any nominator who has hired or worked with Chinese and/or international law firms and has positive feedback for their services is welcome to recommend their favourite law firms.
You may access the nomination form by clicking HERE. If you work at a law firm, you are only permitted to nominate other law firms. The deadline is Monday 11 March.
The results will be announced in May 2024.
The awards will be judged on a fair and objective basis, with no fees or any obligations associated with participation or judgement.
To determine winners in each category, we will take into account law firm submissions, external nominations and comments, as well as comments from clients and referees.

STAGE I: Law firm submission (1 February to 29 February)
As part of this process, we are requesting submissions from law firms at home and abroad in order to ensure that we have up-to-date information about your firm and its recent achievements. Please click HERE to complete an online submission form. The information that you provide will support your firm’s candidacy for the awards.
The deadline for making a submission is 29 February 2024 (Thursday).
To better facilitate the gathering of information, you may click the following buttons to download an offline submission form and the client referee list. However, it is strictly for your firm’s internal communication purposes only. So please do not return these documents to us, as we will ONLY see contents of the online submission form as valid submissions.
