Three new partners recently joined the Beijing office of AnJie Law Firm to beef up its capital market practice. Feng Cuixi has advised on various financing avenues including initial public offerings (IPO), refinancing by listed companies, restructuring of major assets, back-door listings, corporate bond offerings, private offerings and New Third Board. She also serves as specialized committee counsel at the Investment Association of China, a social organization under the charge of the National Development and Reform Commission.
