Ignatius Andy graduated cum laude in 1992 from Parahyangan Catholic University and started his legal career at Makarim & Taira S. Bagus graduated from the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University in Indonesia in 1996. Subsequently, he received the Chevening Scholarship to undertake the International Business Law (LLM) from the University of Manchester, the UK in 2005. He also attended a Mini – MBA programme held by Mizuho Corporate Bank in cooperation with Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo, in 2009.

He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi) and is also a co-lecturer on company law at Gadjah Mada University’s Faculty of Law. Melli Darsa is a lawyer with a legal career spanning over 30 years. Founder and senior partner of Melli Darsa & Co Advocates & Legal Consultants (MDC) and a member of the global network of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) since 2017, she also serves as the leader of PwC Indonesia’s legal line of service.
