Introduction
Ian is dual-qualified having gained his practising certificate in England and Wales in 2006 and Hong Kong in 2008.
Ian advises on policy coverage for insurers and reinsurers, including on energy, construction, engineering, D&O, professional indemnity, banker’s blanket bonds and business interruption. He has extensive experience in contentious matters relating to construction and insurance and subrogation in all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration and mediation.
He represents insurers, brokers, construction professionals, developers and contractors in jurisdictions across the Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
