Introduction
Kyu Wha is a senior partner and heads the corporate and M&A practice group at Lee & Ko. He is an experienced practitioner with over 25 years of experience in all areas of corporate and business laws including: the sale and purchase of business and property, M&A transactions, establishment and representation of various types of corporate entities, restructuring, foreign direct investment, overseas investment, labour, and fair trade. He received his LLB from Seoul National University in 1981, MCL from George Washington University Law School in 1988, and JD from Tulane Law School in 1990. Mr. Lee currently serves as an arbitrator of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and is a member of the Korea and New York Bars.
