Anisha Shroff will be heading the new Stratage Law Partners office in Bangalore as a partner, with the firm hoping its presence in the city will effectively cater to clients in southern India.
With more than 13 years of experience, Shroff’s expertise covers M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, alongside general corporate matters. She also has expertise in commercial litigation and conflict resolution.
Shroff is licensed to practice in India and New York, and has guided clients spanning diverse sectors such as technology, healthcare and manufacturing. She secured the LegalOne Merits accolade for an investment deal.
